Event ticket refunds
Tickets for Improving Lives Plymouth events can be refunded in full up to 3 days before the event. After that, tickets may be non-refundable, because venues and catering are booked on your behalf. However, these rules are flexible, so always contact rather than assuming you cannot receive a refund.
If Improving Lives Plymouth cancels an event, you will receive a full refund.
To request a refund, email accounts@improvinglivesplymouth.org.uk or call 01752 201766, quoting the name on the booking. Refunds are returned to the card used to pay and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
