What to expect?

If you would like to be added to the waiting list, send an email to active@improvinglivesplymouth.org.uk Boccia (pronounced ‘Bot-cha’)  is a ball sport in the same family as bowls. Boccia is played seated and players can throw, kick or use a ramp to propel the ball onto the court with the aim of getting closest to a ‘jack’ ball.

Who is it for?

This session is aimed at engaging adults with a learning disability, but is open to anyone 18+ who would like to join us!
