What to expect?

Spaces are currently full for these sessions but we are hoping to offer another session in the future. From 5th November the session will begin at 10.45am rather than 11am.

Meeting at Plymouth Life Centre. This is an inclusive session for people to come together, meet up and swim together. THIS IS NOT A SWIMMING LESSON. These sessions take place term time only.
